Bill of Rights

There is no need for a Bill of Rights as Coopetism holistically incorporates human-rights.

That is, Coopetism represents the government infrastructuralisation of Coopetition, which is ‘Cooperation first & foremost and Competition the treasured second’.

This includes the 5 ‘universal, guaranteed and unconditional’ ‘Citizen Coopetition-Contributive Self-Actualisation Maximisation Infrastructure’ (Citizen-CoCoSAMI) cornerstones of:

  1. Universal Rule of Coopetition-maximising Law
  2. Universal Liberal Democracy
  3. Universal Education
  4. Universal Healthcare
  5. Universal Subsistence Income (USI), which is Subsistence-Income-Servitude (SIS) abolitionist.

With Coopetition nature’s morality, with all citizens subject to its mantra, any Competition existing outside the realm of Cooperation will stick-out like a sore thumb.

A Bill of Rights implies fear and defensiveness; however, with Coopetism’s upliftment, this is redundant.
